Not one project is the same. Each client and home are distinctly their own, therefore, needs to be treated as such. We always remind our clients that this is YOUR project.
Home is a feeling. – CLJ
Phase 1:
We do one free consultation. This can be in a zoom meeting or face to face in our studio. We then can meet at your project site and talk real specifics as well as take measurements for a fee of $50 within a 30 mile radius – $100 for 30 miles+. A written report along with a concept of our design will be given to you. If you like what you see and hear we would love to work with you and proceed with your project! Revisions will then be made and presented once again.
Phase 2:
Detailed design with a 2D drawing will be done. Sourcing will take place and an estimate will be created. If you are happy with the outcome and no revisions need to be made further, a Letter of Agreement will be created and a down payment will need to be made.
If drafting is required, a separate fee and Letter of Agreement will need to be agreed upon.
Phase 3:
A contractor of your choosing is hired and we will be working side by side with them every step of the way. Of course, we work best with our partner contracting company, JTE Solutions, but are open to working with any contractor. A final Letter of Agreement is signed and either another down payment is made or a payment plan is created.
Phase 4:
Purchasing, kick off and construction!
This is where we do all of the dirty work and all you have to do is say “I like that!”
Phase 5:
Finishing touches are made. Final payments are made. We photograph the masterpiece (with your permission).
